| Jim’s Testimony: Expectatations were met in working with Robin from Rarebird H&W coaching. I was able to discuss issues that I struggled with in a non-judgmental conversation. I developed the ability to decide and abstain from some bad consumption habits. And in the process, I benefited from the laughter which derived from understanding our human foibles, including my own. Although I wished we had talked a bit more about my future vision, the coaching was a nice experience and it taught me to not to be so hard on myself, for not being immediately perfect. |
| Jennifer’s Testimony: After the end of a 20 year marriage and then the ending of a relationship I thought would be my forever, I was reluctant to think too much about my retirement. At 52, I'd already had my life plans erased, twice. I couldn't or wouldn't let myself dream beyond a year or two. Robin gently and intuatively asked me questions that opened me up to reveal the dreams I hold for a beautiful and fulfilling retirement. I am now excited to begin moving forward with plans, with or without a partner. |
